I love your kitty SkADaMo entries.... and your Halloween costume was hilarious... er... it is a costume... right? XD
ReplyDeleteThank-you! And yes, it was a costume. Well, the birkenstocks, the coffee cup, the hoodie, the drafting brush are real. :) I never wear a housecoat or work in my pjs in real life... and that is a wig. And the first time I put rollers in since I was about 4 yrs old!
DeleteI think I like this a lot! Bthanks for sharing your process!
ReplyDeletethanks!
DeleteIt's fabulous:) Love your styele:)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! It is just direct realistic sketching from life (or in htis case a photo... she's overseas)... not so "artistic" or "creative"! :)
DeleteFantastic! Love the kitty sketches!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! They are willing (but not patient) models. Though this one is from a photo (my friend's cat, she's in London UK)
DeleteI think she looks cosy nestled on the blue blanket :)
ReplyDeleteNice line work Leanne.
Thanks June!
DeleteFantastic work, love the blue blankie. You are inspiring me to get out my iPad and trying sketching again. Yes it can be done.... :)
ReplyDeleteI have never tried an iPad! I think it is a little less precise, but I have seen some fun and amazing things done on one. Definitely it helps to have deadlines and expectations to get one sketching again! It had been 2 yrs I hadn't touched this blog before SkADaMo!
